Diya holds a Master\u2019s degree in Media & Communication from NSHM, Kolkata<\/strong>, and is a doting dog mom whose love for dogs runs deeper than words. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, she dreams of opening a shelter for rescued street dogs and actively makes it her mission to care for and feed them.<\/p>\n

With years of experience in home boarding<\/strong>, Diya\u2019s personal journey with dogs inspired the creation of Petzovia<\/strong>\u2014a place designed to feel like an extension of your own family. At Petzovia Pet Resort, her mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every dog feels safe, loved, and truly at home<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She leads a highly experienced team committed to excellence, continuously strengthening their skills through ongoing learning and specialized training. Ankit is an MBA from IIM Calcutta<\/strong> and a Hospitality Management graduate from IHM Pusa, New Delhi<\/strong>. With over 13 years of leadership experience<\/strong> across senior Supply Chain roles in the corporate sector, he brings strong operational expertise and structured management to Petzovia.<\/p>\n

Driven by a shared passion for pets, Ankit made the conscious decision to step away from his corporate career to support Diya\u2019s vision of creating a truly exceptional pet care experience. After personally visiting and evaluating multiple pet boarding facilities across Mumbai and Gurgaon<\/strong>, he identified a clear gap in the market for a world-class pet retreat<\/strong> that prioritizes cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and transparency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
