Diya - Founder & Owner
Diya holds a Master’s degree in Media & Communication from NSHM, Kolkata, and is a doting dog mom whose love for dogs runs deeper than words. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, she dreams of opening a shelter for rescued street dogs and actively makes it her mission to care for and feed them.
With years of experience in home boarding, Diya’s personal journey with dogs inspired the creation of Petzovia—a place designed to feel like an extension of your own family. At Petzovia Pet Resort, her mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every dog feels safe, loved, and truly at home.
She leads a highly experienced team committed to excellence, continuously strengthening their skills through ongoing learning and specialized training. Above all, Diya and her team share the most important quality of all—a genuine, wholehearted love for dogs, reflected in every happy tail wag and joyful welcome.
Ankit - Founder & Owner
Ankit is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Hospitality Management graduate from IHM Pusa, New Delhi. With over 13 years of leadership experience across senior Supply Chain roles in the corporate sector, he brings strong operational expertise and structured management to Petzovia.
Driven by a shared passion for pets, Ankit made the conscious decision to step away from his corporate career to support Diya’s vision of creating a truly exceptional pet care experience. After personally visiting and evaluating multiple pet boarding facilities across Mumbai and Gurgaon, he identified a clear gap in the market for a world-class pet retreat that prioritizes cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and transparency.
At Petzovia, Ankit plays a key role in building systems, processes, and infrastructure that ensure every pet receives consistent, high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. Together, Ankit and Diya have created Petzovia as a trusted second home—where pet parents can leave their companions with complete peace of mind.
